- I do not know about the syquest, but it boots fine from my
- Zip. There is a key that you can hold down that will force
- it to boot from the external SCSI, but I forget-- and I
- still haven't quite figured out the Amiga-Mac Key mapping.
- However, I would suggest that you boot from whatever device
- you booted from before and use the startup disk command in
- the control panels to set the syquest as the boot drive.
- Then it should work fine. Actually, this is one time where
- the syquest might just beat the zip. My Zip was a little
- too slow to be the Mac System drive 8^( .

- In any case I would try booting with some other disk in
- order to make sure that the Mac and the Syquest are
- talking.
